This support note describes how to replace a corrupted ExcludeZip.dbf file in RetailBasics v2. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact our Technical Support team.
To replace this file, you will need to re-name the existing ExcludeZip.dbf file, then replace it with the file attached to the bottom of this support note.
To do this:
Close RetailBasics.
Right-click the Windows Start button and choose Explore.
Browse to the RetailBasics folder on your computer. By default this is C:RetailBasics.
Double-click this folder to view its contents, then double-click the Data folder.
Within the data folder, locate the file ExcludeZip.dbf and rename it to ExcludeZipOLD.dbf. To do this, right-click the file and choose Rename, then rename it accordingly.
From the attachments at the bottom of this support note, click the file ExcludeZip.dbf and save this file in the C:RetailBasicsData folder.
