This error can be fixed by verifying your data file.

To verify your data file

Go to the File menu and choose Verify Data File then choose Reindex.
Go to the File menu and choose Verify Data File then choose Recalculate Balances.
Go to the File menu and choose Verify Data File then choose Rebuild Cashbook List.
