And if you've been given the option to pay it online, it's easy to make an invoice payment on the spot, from any device you use.

 

Which browsers can I use to view invoices?

You can use any browser, but make sure you're using the latest version of whichever browser you do use.

How do I save a copy of the invoice?
You can download a PDF of the invoice. Just click Download and it will save in the default Downloads folder set up in your browser. 
Who do I contact if I have an issue viewing or paying my invoice?

Have you tried viewing the invoice using a different browser? Also try accessing the invoice after a few minutes.

If you continue to have problems viewing an invoice or making a payment, get in touch with the business that sent you the invoice. 

Paying your invoices

(Australia only)

If you’ve received an invoice that can be paid online:

  1. Click the View invoice button in the email you received.
     
  2. Wait for the invoice to appear on screen. If the details are correct, click Pay now.
     
  3. Enter your payment details and submit the payment.
     
  4. That's it! Your payment's been made and a receipt of your payment will be sent to you via email.

 

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay invoices using a Visa or MasterCard credit card. 
Can I make a partial payment?
Currently you can only pay your invoice in full. 
I’m entitled to an early payment discount. Why isn’t it showing?
Any applicable discounts will apply until 11:59PM AEST on the day the discount expires. If you think you’re entitled to a discount, but it’s not showing, contact the business. 
How will payments appear on my bank statement?
You’ll see either the name of the business you paid or “MYOB PayDirect” as the description on your bank statement.
