Annual leave (using the ANHL paycode) can be entered on a timesheet with a date in advance of the Current pay ended on date, and also in advance of the pay frequency. For example if the employee is paid weekly and they are taking three weeks of leave.

You can enter the timesheet with all three weeks annual leave and as each week's pay is processed, the annual leave will hold-over from the previous weeks without having to be re-entered.

Example

John is paid weekly and he wants to take three weeks leave. Your Current pay ended on date is 03/09/15.

In the timesheet you would enter:

03/09/15 DOEJJ John Doe ANHL Annual Leave PAK 03 40
10/09/15 DOEJJ John Doe ANHL Annual Leave PAK 03 40
17/09/15 DOEJJ John Doe ANHL Annual Leave PAK 03 40

In the first week, John would be paid 40 hours of annual leave and the following two weeks would still stay in Enter Timesheets. When you change the Current pay ended on date to 08/08/15 and open the Timesheets, John's annual leave for the week ending 10/09/15 will still be there. The same will apply to the annual leave entered for the week ended 17/09/15.
