Select Maintenance > Maintenance Map from the menu.
Click Employee on the Tasks bar.
Click Charge Rate Type. The Maintenance — Charge Rate Type page opens.
Enter the name of the charge rate type in the Description cell in the first blank row at the top of the table.
Press [Enter].
Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add any additional charge rate types.
Click OK to save your changes and close the window.

The new charge rate types will be available on the Employee page > Charge Rates tab after you close and re—enter MYOB AO.
