Previewing and Printing tax notices in a batch

You can use the Tax Notices page to preview and print one or more tax notices. This is useful when you want to print a batch of tax notices in one go.

Tax Manager determines the relevant tax notice template to use based on the status and content of each tax notice. The templates have been designed to:

  • include a Draft watermark if the tax notice has not been approved

  • print on the pre-printed IRD stationery.

Before you can preview or print a tax notice, you need to select it. You can:

  • select one or more tax notices by clicking the checkbox at the start of each relevant row. Selected rows will show a tick in the checkbox.

  • select all tax notices displayed in the list by clicking the checkbox in the heading row. All rows will show a tick in the checkbox.

Use the filter and grouping options to help you find the tax notices you want to print.

To preview the selected tax notices

  1. Click PREVIEW > Detailed notices or PREVIEW > Summarised notices in the Tasks bar.


  2. The Tax Notices Preview window opens displaying the selected notices.
  3. Click Tax_Notices_print_icon.png to print the notices, or close the window.

To print the selected tax notices

  1. Click PRINT > Detailed notices or PRINT > Summarised notices in the Tasks bar.
