To reconcile transactions
Open Tax Manager Reconciliation view for the relevant client.

When attempting to access Tax Manager Reconciliation view from the IRD Data view, you may receive the following message: Tax Manager is not available for year 20xx. Only the current and the next year are available in the year drop-down list from April to September. From 1 October the year after next will also be displayed. For example, when 2014 is the latest tax return year, 2014 and 2015 will be the latest years displayed in the drop-down list, 2016 will be available from 1 October 2014.
Adjust the Tax Type and Show filters to display the transactions you are interested in.
Click the checkbox for the IRD transaction and MYOB transaction you want to reconcile.
Click Reconcile on the Tasks bar.
The entries are reconciled and displayed on the same entry in the table with a Confirmed status.
