Page setups allow you to standardise the manner in which printed reports appear. The same list of Page setups are accessed from any of your application ledgers.

For example, when printing a report the Page Setup determines that the report is presented as Portrait in 10pt Arial.

(AO) The standard page setups provided are:

Standard Landscape
Standard Portrait
Capital Gains

(AO) You may not change these standard page setups but you may add new ones.

Default Page Setup and Printer

One of your page setups must be nominated as the default to be used. If the default page setup nominates a default printer on the Page Layout tab, this is the printer that will be used. If a default printer has not been selected, then the printer that will be used is the Windows default printer.
