Clients managed by an Agent other than the default Agent for the Practice use the Correspondence Preferences set for that Agent.

How to maintain the Correspondence Preferences for a particular Agent
  1. Click Maintenance > Agents > Properties > Defaults.

  2. Select Correspondence Preferences and select the settings as required.

  3. Select Lodge CP form to 'output' changes to the transmission file of preferences for this Agent and any Returns managed by this Agent.

Correspondence and Role Types

Refer to Correspondence Preference form CP.

Only those changes to Correspondence Preferences which have been output are transmitted to the ATO when you next successfully transmit to the ATO.
