The User Preferences General tab identifies a user, their User Code and User Preference.

User Code

The User Code defaults to the user who is logged on.

Click [F10] to display the full list of users. Double-click any user code to make it the active user. This action will normally select the default Preference for that user also. If not, you will have to select it separately at the Preference field.

Preference

The active User Preference is shown.

Click [F10] for the full list of User Preferences:

  • double-click a User Preference to make it active.

  • click Properties to edit the settings.

  • click New to create a User Preference.

Searching

When searching the index for a preference, type the User code and click [Enter]. The search is case sensitive.
