Giving feedback about MYOB Essentials Cashbook

You can send product feedback to the MYOB Essentials team at any time, by using the message icon that floats at the bottom-left of any MYOB Essentials Cashbook page.

To send feedback to the MYOB Essentials team

1. Click the message icon that appears at the bottom left of every MYOB Essentials Cashbook page.
   
2. In the pop-up window that appears (you may need to scroll up to the top to see the window), enter your message and click Send.

To view older messages (conversations)

1. Click the message icon that appears at the bottom left of every MYOB Essentials Cashbook page.
2. In the pop-up window that appears (you may need to scroll up to the top to see the window), click the Conversations () button.
3. Click on any of the previous conversations to view the sent and received messages.
