Knowledge is power...

Welcome to the Knowledge Base! Here you'll find a wealth of articles to help you out in all kinds of situations. Fixing errors, working with new features and finding answers when you encounter a problem... it's all here!

So let's take a look at how to use the Knowledge Base so you can quickly start finding the right answers.

Simply read through the steps below or jump straight to the Troubleshooting section below.

1. Select your location

Pick a country go to to the right site.

2. Sign in

Signing in makes sure you see all the search results relevant to you.

3. Enter the Knowledge Base!

Click Search the knowledge base to get to the search page.

 

4. Enter your search query

  1. Select whether you want to search across all products or narrow down your results,
  2. Enter a search term.
  3. Click the magnifying glass .

5. Filter search results

If your search brings too many results, you can filter which results are displayed by selecting a product in the Filter by section.

 

 

 

 

6. Open an article

Click a search result to view the Knowledge Base article.
