To use the Knowledge Base
  1. Sign in to my.myob.
  2. Click Search the knowledge base.
  3. In the Select your product drop-down list, either leave All Products or select a specific product.
  4. Enter a search term in the search field and click the magnifying glass .
  5. If you want to filter the results, select a product in the Filter by section in the REFINE panel.
  6. Click a search result to open the knowledge base article.

    Use the happy or sad face at the bottom of the knowledge base article to let us know if you found the article helpful. We'll adjust the help based on your feedback!

Troubleshooting

Most issues have a simple fix. Take a look to see if this info helps.

The page isn't loading properly

If the page isn't loading and you're experiencing a white screen:

  1. Try disabling or adding an exception to any Adblockers.
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then refresh the page.
  3. Try loading the page using a different browser.
I don't see my products in the product drop-down or filter pane

Make sure you've signed in to my.MYOB.

The product drop-down menu is designed to show only the products you're licensed for, so we need to know who you are. This is so that you only see the knowledge base articles that are relevant to you.

If you don't see any products in the drop-down menu, log into my.MYOB Australia or New Zealand and click Search the Knowledgebase.
