If you set up MYOB BankLink Practice to capture Livestock/Quantities movements, the quantity values cannot be transferred to MYOB Ledger. To produce a financial statement with the quantity values in MYOB Ledger, run a BankLink Ledger Report and enter the values into the Livestock Calculation – Closing Stock workpaper.
To run the BankLink Practice Ledger report
  1. In BankLink Practice go to Reports > Ledger Report. The Ledger Report window appears.
  2. In the Options tab click the Selected radio button.
  3. To enter the From range, click Chart and select the account.
  4. To enter the To range, click Chart and select the account.
  5. Go to the Advanced tab and select the Quantities checkbox.
  6. Select Preview to display the report.
  7. Save a copy of the report in MYOB Document Manager or to a server location.
The report can be linked as reference material within the Livestock Calculation – Closing Stock workpaper.

You can produce BankLink Practice reports when Report Groups have been set up for the Chart of Accounts. For more information, see chapter 12 in BankLink Practice Help. Go to Help > MYOB BankLink Practice Help.

  5. In the Documents Links section, link the BankLink Practice report that you used for the workpaper.
  6. Click Save and OK to complete the workpaper.
  7. Click Post Journals to post the journals with the quantities in the workpaper period.
