Changing the Standard Rate isn't updating all the Pay Items in the standard pay

Issue

When you update an active employee's standard rate on the Pay Groups tab of the Pay details screen (MPPP2310), some pay items that are set up to use their standard pay aren't updated.

Workaround

1. Change the standard rate.

2. Save the changes.

3. Open the Pay Items screen for the selected pay item.

4. Open the Additional info tab.

5. Under Override value, deselect the Standard Pay checkbox.

6. Save the changes.

7. Approve the warning message "Are you sure want to save? Saving these changes will update and recalculate pay details for all open pays and mark standard pays for recalculation."
   Once done, this will update the rate on employee's standard pay.

8. Under Override value, select the Standard Pay checkbox.

9. Save the changes again.

10. Repeat steps 1 to 9 for all affected pay items.

Resolution

We've fixed this error in Advanced Payroll version 2021.1.400.
