Once you're logged in to my.MYOB, go to the My Products menu and choose Downloads.
'Downloads' option not available?
You might not have a current support subscription. To check the support status for your product, go to the My Products menu and choose My Products.
- Select your MYOB product and all available downloads will be listed. Here's an example:

- Click the name of the file you want to download and choose to where you want to save it. If you created a specific folder for this, save the download there. If downloading a software installation file, we recommend you also download the update instructions.
- Once all downloads have been completed you can open the downloaded files as described below.
Look on your Hard Drive (HD) or use the Finder's toolbar to find the downloaded files. If you created a separate folder to save your downloads this will make them easier to find. You can also press Command-F to bring up the Find dialogue. Typically the update file will be an application type file and the instructions will be a PDF type format.
