Creating a new charge rate types

1. Select Maintenance > Maintenance Map from the menu.

2. Click Employee on the Tasks bar.

3. Click Charge Rate Type.


The Maintenance — Charge Rate Type page opens.

4. Enter the name of the charge rate type in the Description cell in the first blank row at the top of the table.

5. Press [Enter].

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add any additional charge rate types.

7. Click OK to save your changes and close the window.

The new charge rate types will be available on the Employee page > Charge Rates tab after you close and re—enter MYOB AO.
