If you did not print your bill when you posted it, you can preview and print your bills at a later time.

From the menu, select Ready to Print. Select this option to open the Bills Ready to Print page and print finalised bills.\
Click Search to list all bills that have not been marked as printed.

You can enter search criteria before clicking Search to refine the listed bills.
Select the bill you want to print. If you want to print more than one bill:
1. press [Ctrl] and select another bill.
  OR
2. press and hold [Shift] and select another bill. This will select all bills between the two selected bills.
Click on the Tasks bar to print your bill(s).

You can click Preview on the Tasks bar to preview and print the bill using Microsoft Word.
Click Printed OK from the Tasks bar while the printed bill(s) are still highlighted to mark it as printed and remove it from the list.
