Settings to be used by the practice as a whole may be found by selecting the Utilities menu. They include the settings stored on:

• the Control Record, refer to Setting up your Control Record Properties

• (AE) Setting up Tax Calculator

• (AE) Setting up to use Tax Tracking

• Practice Default Options

• (AO) the practice defaults for printing Tax forms, refer to Print tax form options

• the Lodgment Setup

• Setting up the Return Security Administrator’s Group

• Maintenance in Tax

• (AE) System Information

The settings established for the Practice take effect unless you select a different Agent and Contact on the Return Properties Staff tab.
