You can filter the information displayed on the Job Manager. The filter applied to the Job Manager is shown as a hyperlink at the top of the page. When there is no filter applied, the hyperlink displays as No Filter.
Click the No Filter or existing filter hyperlink. The Filter jobs window opens. It is used to display data which satisfies the filter criteria you have applied. INSERTIMAGE
Click as directed to add filter criteria. INSERTIMAGE
Select a field from the Choose Field drop-down. INSERTIMAGE INSERTIMAGE
Choose an appropriate calculation from the Equal drop-down. INSERTIMAGE
Choose the appropriate filter criteria from the last drop-down. The example below has been filtered by Client Partner so only client partners are available in the example drop-down. INSERTIMAGE
Click to add filter criteria. Another level of filtering is added to the original filter. It is a nested filter and the filter criteria are mutually inclusive. INSERTIMAGE
Click to remove filter criteria. The filter criteria applied will display at the top of the control. It will be a hyperlink and will open the filter window if clicked. INSERTIMAGE
(OPTIONAL) Click Save homepage in the Tasks bar if you want to save your filter permanently.
