Getting a pre-fill error?

Don't worry, we'll show you how to get it sorted.

Getting more info on your error

If there are any issues during the pre-fill process, an error message will display with a link. Clicking the link will show the Pre-fill Error Report window.

The window shows the following information:

Column	Description
Error Code	The error code returned by the Practitioner Lodgment Service (PLS).
Summary	A brief description of what the error code means.
Detail	Recommends a course of action to resolve this error.
