This message means your Payroll version is not the version registered with MYOB.
To fix this issue, check if any updates are available for your Payroll software (ensure you have an internet connection then in Payroll go to the Help menu and choose Check for Product Updates)
If the issue persists, you'll need to contact MYOB to upgrade your software (phone 0800 60 69 62).
