| 16 October 2014 | Import MYE files | If you have a .MYE file from another software, such as MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Accountants Office, you can import it into MYOB Essentials Cashbook. |
| 15 August 2014 | Column sorting on the Banking page | You can now sort the columns on the Banking page. |
| 17 July 2014 | Print reports | You can now print your reports using the Print button ( We will be adding more PDF options and report-header options soon. |
| 17 July 2014 | Change your financial year | You can now edit the financial year starting and ending month on the Accounts List page. |
| 17 July 2014 | Search for cashbooks | The My Cashbooks page now has a Search option to help you can quickly find a cashbook.  |
| 17 July 2014 | Show or hide cancelled cashbooks | On the My Cashbooks page, you now have the option to view cancelled cashbooks, using the new Include hidden? filter. |
1 July 2014 | Balance Sheet report | A new Balance Sheet report was added. |

| Cancel Subscription | If you don’t want to continue using a particular cashbook, you can cancel it from the Subscription Details page. Cancelled cashbooks are, by default, hidden from the My Cashbooks list. |

| Delete QIF import | You can delete a QIF import if you have mistakenly imported the wrong one, or imported it twice. |
11 June 2014 | Cancel a bank feed | You can cancel a bankfeed if you have made a mistake in setting it up or no longer require it. |
28 May 2014 | AO Export | The AO export option allows you to import coded data into Accountants Office ( Classic) General Ledger, MAS , XPA etc. |
