You can group jobs by dragging one or more column headings into the area marked as Drag a column header here to group by that column.

You can also drag a field from the right-click menu Field Chooser, for example Family Group. You do not have to add the field to the Job Manager table, you can drag it directly to the Drag a column header here to group by that column area.
