Changing the Job Manager layout

To resize fields displayed in the Job Manager

You can resize the columns in the Job Manager to display more or less information by clicking and dragging the column divider in the heading row. The cursor will change and the column you are resizing will highlight (as shown below) when you are dragging the divider.

You cannot resize milestone columns. The size of milestone columns is automatically adjusted to fit in the available space.

To change fields displayed in the Job Manager
  1. Right-click the list of jobs and select Field Chooser. A list of available fields opens.
  2. Click and drag any of the fields from the Field Chooser to the heading row of the Job Manager table in the location where you would like it to be displayed or directly into the grouping.
    For example, you can add:

    FieldDescription
Client CodeThe client code for the client associated with the job. It displays as a a hyperlink which opens the Client page > Main tab.
NotesContains information regarding the job. It is suggested that you resize the Notes column to be small as if you hover the cursor over the job, the notes will be displayed in the pop up information.
  3. Click Save homepage from the Tasks bar to save the layout changes.

If you want to reset your changes and revert the Job Manager to the default MYOB AO layout, click Reset homepage on the Tasks bar.
