Once the tax receipts have successfully printed, you can mark them as printed so that they are not included in the list of receipts displayed on the Tax Receipts to Print window.

How to mark the receipts as printed

Select Tax Receipt to print from the menu. The Tax Receipt to Print window opens displaying a list of receipts that are ready to print.
Click the Mark as Printed checkbox.
Click OK.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes to confirm the tax receipts are printed or No to cancel.

The selected tax receipts are removed from the Tax Receipt to Print window.
