You can perform an immediate backup on the Server. While the backup is running, you will not be able to use MYOB AO.

Select Maintenance > Backup > Back Up Now. The Back up now window opens.
Enter the Backup location. This is where you want to store your backup.
Enter the Backup name.
Click Back up. The back up process begins. When the backup is complete, a completion message window opens.
Click OK.
