If you want your employees to use letter writing, you can set up mailing names when you create your employees.

If you did not set the mailing names when you created an employee, you can edit the employee details to set them.

If you converted your employees from MYOB AO Classic, you need to check their mailing names have been set up correctly.

To edit the mailing name
  1. Open the relevant employee. The Employee page opens at the Main tab.
  2. Select Edit employee details from the Tasks bar. The Amend Employee Name window opens.
  3. Review the displayed data and ensure the details are correct.
  4. OPTIONAL: Update the employee title in the Pref field.
  5. Click AO-GS-Emp-Mailing-Name-refresh.png to refresh the Mailing Name with the updated details,
    OR
    Type the required value into the Mailing Name field.
  6. Click OK.
