You can also set up your favourite reports for easy access by selecting Favourites from the  drop-down menu.

There are two groups of report favourites, which are fixed and cannot be dragged off the screen or down a level. They are:

• My Favourites group displays your personal report set. Each user can maintain their own reporting set favourites. This report group and any changes you make to it are only visible to you.

• Practice Favourites Report Sets are available to all users in the practice, but can only be modified by users with the appropriate security access. Any changes made to the Practice Favourites Report sets is available to all users within the practice.

To expand a level in the list of reports, click . To collapse a level, click .

Use the tasks on the Tasks bar to set up your favourite reports. For example, clicking Add report to set opens a window that allows you to select a report to add to your favourites.
