The client will need to ensure the BankLink Books

If it's the first time accessing a file from BankLink Online using Enhanced Client File Handling (ECFH), the connection will need to be set up. This only needs to be done once, then the file will be accessible from BankLink Books.

Ensure the client file is Read-

Only prior to following these steps. Refer to KB Article "When trying to get client file, got message 'Client file is not read only or is an offsite" for more information on how to make a Client File Read-Only.

Complete these steps only if it's the client's first time accesing a file from BankLink Online using Enhanced Client File Handling (ECFH)
