This issue is believed to be related to Microsoft Silverlight which is a required application for BankLink Notes Online. Solution- Exit BankLink Notes Online.
- Open Microsoft Silverlight (Start > All Programs > Microsoft Silverlight > Microsoft Silverlight).
- Click the Application Storage tab.
- Highlight the BankLink Online website.
- Click Delete.
- Click Ok.
- Log back in to BankLink Online.
