BankLink Notes Online

A blank screen may appear when logging in to BankLink Notes Online on a Windows PC.

MYOB BankLink is currently investingating this issue.

This issue is believed to be related to Microsoft Silverlight which is a required application for BankLink Notes Online.

Solution

  1. Exit BankLink Notes Online.  
  2. Open Microsoft Silverlight (Start > All Programs > Microsoft Silverlight > Microsoft Silverlight).
  3. Click the Application Storage tab. 
  4. Click to select the BankLink Online website. If this isn't listed, contact BankLink support for help (AU | NZ).
  5. Click Delete.  
  6. Click Ok.  
  7. Log back in to BankLink Online.
