| The logo file must be in JPG or JIF format or the logo will not appear. It is recommended you have a logo smaller than 100kb so that it does not affect the format of your documents. |

| - Open Invoice Plus and make sure you are in the correct company
- Click Setup > Company Details
- Under the General tab, go down to Document Options and click Browse
- Navigate to the logo file you have saved on your computer and click Open

- Double click an Invoice to open up a preview window of the invoice
- Look at the Tool bar at the top of the preview and find the tick box that says logo
- Ensure there is a tick in this box
- You are also able to choose where on the document the logo appears on the right, left or as a header on the documents
