If your company logo isn't showing on documents when using BankLink Invoice, you need to ensure that you have a logo file loaded in BankLink InvoicePlus, and that you have ticked to enable the logo to appear on the documents.

The logo file must be in JPG or JIF format or the logo will not appear. It is recommended you have a logo smaller than 100kb so that it does not affect the format of your documents. 
To load a logo into BankLink InvoicePlus
  1. Open InvoicePlus and make sure you are in the correct company.
  2. Click Setup > Company Details.
  3. Under the General tab, go down to Document Options and click Browse.
  4. Click the logo file you have saved on your computer and click Open.
To display the logo on an invoice
  1. Click the Invoices tab.
  2. Double-click an invoice to display a preview.
  3. In the toolbar at the top of the preview, select the Logo option.
  4. Choose where you want the logo to appear (right, left or as a header).
