BankLink Notes Online

A blank screen may appear when logging in to BankLink Notes Online on a Windows PC.

MYOB BankLink is currently investingating this issue.

This issue is believed to be related to Microsoft Silverlight which is a required application for BankLink Notes Online.

Solution

  1. Exit BankLink Notes Online.  
  2. Open Microsoft Silverlight (Start > All Programs > Microsoft Silverlight > Microsoft Silverlight).
  3. Click the Application Storage tab. 
  4. Highlight Click to select the BankLink Online website. If this isn't listed, contact BankLink support for help (AU NZ).
  5. Click Delete.  
  6. Click Ok.  
  7. Log back in to BankLink Online.
