. The Practice Manager page opens. - Select Partner/Manager from the drop-down at Select the Practice Manager view. By default the Aged Debt graph is set to display entries for Client Partner for your employee name.
If you are a manager:- Right-click the Aged Debt graph. A pop up menu opens.
- Select Client Manager.
- Select Save homepage on the Tasks bar to save this setting.
If you want to view all clients:- Right-click the Aged Debt graph. A pop up menu opens.
- Select Practice.
- Select Save homepage on the Tasks bar to save this setting.
- Double-click the Aged Debt graph. The Aged Debt page opens listing clients with aged debt. The clients listed will depend on whether you clicked:
- The white area surrounding the Aged Debt graph to list all clients with aged debt, or
- An age band column in the graph to list clients that have aged debt in that age band.
