The Lodgment benchmark page provides a bar graph for each agent registration number that is used to lodge electronically by the practice. Each bar graph shows the percentage of returns that have been lodged on-time for the agent concerned and how many returns that agent is required to lodge to meet their 85% obligation.

The Lodgment benchmark Tasks bar provides options for one agent at a time: If your practice only uses the Agent from the Control Record you need to trigger MYOB AO to populate the Lodgment Benchmark page the first time you use it. To do this, create an agent under Maintenance > Agents using the same details as the Practice Agent. Then update the Return Properties Staff tab of at least one return to use this copy of the agent’s details. Close MYOB AO then open it again to refresh the display.@@author cannot be released until this is confirmed either way.
