A page setup should be deleted or edited when the settings are no longer used by your practice. For example, your practice standards may have changed to a particular font or your naming conventions overhauled.

Click File > Page setups to open the Select page setups window.
Select the page setup you want to delete.
Click Delete and the warning message opens.
Click Yes to remove the page setup or No to cancel out of this process.
