Viewing To Do notes

You can view all the notes associated with a To Do item.

  1. Find and open the relevant client, contact, employee, assignment or supplier page.

  2. Click the To Do tab.

  3. Identify the To Do item and click its

hyperlink in
  1. hyperlink in the Subject column.

  1. The To Do wizard opens on the Main tab by default.

  2. Click the Notes tab.

  1. All notes for this To Do item are listed, the latest at the top.

  2. Click each Title to reveal its contents in the bottom pane.

  3. Click Finish.

  1. The To Do wizard closes.
