An issue has been identified when upgrading your company file after installing:

• AccountEdge Pro v14 or later
• AccountEdge Basic v3 or later

Either nothing happens when choosing to upgrade your company file, or the error "Upgrade Assistant is unable to process company file" is following error is displayed:
