  3. Click Browse and select the Desktop for the location to extract the contents of the ZIP file. This will place a folder called Arial Fonts onto your Desktop.

  4. Double-click the Arial Fonts folder. The contents of the folder will be displayed (11 font files).
  5. Go to the Organize menu and choose Select all . Alternatively, you can simultaneously press the Ctrl and A keys on your keyboard to select all the font files.Rightof the files, then right-click the selected font files and choose Install.

  6. If a message is displayed about replacing an existing font, select the option Do this for all current items, then click Yes.

  7. Once all the fonts have installedfinished installing, restart your computer.
