This issue is caused by components of Microsoft Office missing due to a failed installation , please reinstall . Please re-install Microsoft Office ensuring UAC is turned off, anti-virus and malware/spyware are disabled and you are logged in with sufficient permissions. - Turn off UAC and reboot KB 30854: How do I disable User Account Control (UAC)?
- Have your IT professional ensure anti-virus, anti-malware and anti-spyware software are all disabled.
- Login to the workstation/terminal server as an administrator.
- Have your IT professional
uninstall - un-install Microsoft Office and then
reinstall - re-install again.
If issues persist you may need to get your IT to investigate why Microsoft Office is not installing correctly. |
