Practice Manager only

At times you may have entries on your bank statements for receipts with just an invoice number and you don't know which client has paid the invoice. Follow the procedure below to find which client the invoice belongs to.

titleTo find the client associated with a particular invoice
  1. Select Billing > Billing history from the toolbar.

  2. Select All.

  3. Enter the invoice number. The client’s details are displayed.

  4. Click on the client’s name hyperlink and go to Debtors ledger > Receipts to enter the client’s name for the invoice.

    You can Alternatively, go back into the receipt data entry window and type in the client name.
