After you’ve downloaded your bank and credit card statements from your bank’s online banking site, you can import all the transaction details in these statements into LiveAccounts MYOB Essentials from the Banking page.

You can then use these details to allocate and match your bank transactions to your LiveAccounts MYOB Essentials transactions, and reconcile the bank’s figures against those in LiveAccountsMYOB Essentials.

As an added benefit, it provides an automatic check of the bank’s figures, fees and interest.

Before you can import your statements in LiveAccounts’s MYOB Essentials’s Import Bank or Credit Card Statement window, download the statement files from your internet banking site, and save them on your computer or network.

You can import bank and credit card statements into LiveAccounts MYOB Essentials in two formats: .OFX and .QIF. Make sure you download your statements in one of these formats.
