The ASIC Forms tab in the Corporation module displays all ASIC forms that have been produced after completing a workflow wizard (see Workflow wizards). These forms also display in batches on the Lodgement History screen (see Lodgement history).

For example, if the Appoint or cease officers wizard has been used to appoint an officer to a corporation, an ASIC form 362 will open on the ASIC Forms screen. The associated documents that are generated by completing a wizard (minutes, etc.) display on the corporation’s Documents screen (see Tools).

The forms in this screen are assigned the following statuses:

 

Status

Description

Accepted

The form has been lodged, the validation report has been received and ASIC has accepted the form. The batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module.

Accepted — awaiting data

The form has been lodged and the transmission report has been received from ASIC. The batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module.

Generated Invalid

The form has been generated, but it contains an error. It can also be viewed from the In Progress screen in the ASIC Forms module.

Generated Unsigned

The form has been generated, but it has not yet been signed. It can also be viewed from the In Progress screen in the ASIC Forms module.

Generated Valid

The form has been generated and it is ready to be lodged from the Lodgement module (see Forms lodgement). It can also be viewed from the In Progress screen in the ASIC Forms module.

Lodged

The form has been lodged with ASIC. If it was lodged electronically, the batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module.

Lodgement Rejected

The form has been lodged, the validation report has been received but ASIC has rejected the form. The batch it was sent in can also be viewed from the Lodgement history screen in the Lodgement module (see Lodgement history). You can then update the form and resend it (see Updating forms).

Migrated

The form has been migrated from CSS.

Received form

The form has been received from ASIC.

Rejected, re-generated

Having been previously rejected by ASIC, the form has been updated and lodged again.

How to view a corporation’s generated forms
  1. Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The Details screen displays.
  2. Click the ASIC Forms tab. The ASIC Forms screen opens.
  3. Select a document from the list and click one of the following options on the Task bar:
