Who can sign the M-Powered Change of Limit request? | M-Powered Services require two business owners to sign the request. Where the business only has 1 owner, 1 signature is suitable. |
Can an M-Powered Contact /Authoriser sign the Change of Limit request? | The M-Powered Change of Limit request must be signed by the business owner(s). |
Can I request a temporary/permanent limit increase? | Yes, please complete the 'Change of Limit Details' form (attached to the bottom of this support note) and tick the temporary or permanent option. A temporary increase requires one business owners signature and a permanent increase requires two signatures where the business has more than 2 business owners. |
Why do I need to provide our number of employees & estimated turnover of the business? | The reason we request updated business profile information is to enable accurate risk assessment checks before processing the limit change. |
How do I find out what my current limit is? | The service limit is originally nominated on your application when M-Powered was first established. If you're unsure of this limit, please contact M-Powered Services on 1300 555 931. |
How do I increase my Westpac TAC limit? | Please complete the 'Westpac Direct Entry Credit User - Bureau Pack' form attached to the bottom of this support note. Once completed, MYOB will forward the request to the bank on your behalf. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the request to be processed. |
How do I increase my Transaction Negotiation Authority (TNA) limit? | Please contact your financial institution directly to request an amendment to your Transaction Negotiation Authority. |
What is the minimum/maximum dollar amount my clients can pay me via credit card on my M-Powered invoice? | Minimum payment limit $10.00. Maximum payment limit $10,000. If you would like to amend this limit to a figure between $10-$10,000, please complete the 'Change of Limit Details' form attached to the bottom of this support note. |
