The most common cause of this issue is not having QuickTime installed on your computer. Once QuickTime is installed, you can add images and logos to your form.
Also ensure the picture is 200KB or less, and the file format is one of the following (you can right-click an image file and choose Properties to see the size and file format):
- .BMP
- .EMF
- .GIF
- .JPG (or JPEG)
- .PNG
- .TIF
- .WMF
- .ICO

Using Windows 8?
If you're using Windows 8 and have already installed QuickTime and your images are still missing or distorted, see our support note Images missing or distorted in PDFs when using AccountRight on Windows 8.
- If your computer only allows users with administrator privileges to install programs, log in as administrator.
- Download QuickTime for free from the Apple website (apple.com/quicktime/download).
- Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Once QuickTime is installed, restart your computer.
- You may need to delete the logo from your customised form and then insert it again for it to display properly.
