When opening BankLink InvoicePlus for the first time this error can occur if the regional setting on your computer are incorrect.
To fix this error, change the regional setting to Australia or New Zealand as required.
Click Start > Control Panel > Region Language.The Region and Language window opens.
Note: From Control Panel, you may need to select Clock, Language and Region to gain access to Region and Language.
