An unhandled exception error generally means BankLink is unable to communicate correctly with the printer that you print to - this is usually the Windows default printer.
MYOB BankLink recommends attempting the following steps to try and resolve the issue.
Restart your computer.
Change your Windows default printer settings to another printer.
Check the printer for any error messages.
Reinstall your printer drivers.
