To ensure a logo is loaded in BankLink InvoicePlus follow the steps below:

  • Open Invoice Plus and make sure you are in the correct company
  • Click Setup > Company Details
  • Under the General tab, go down to Document Options and click Browse
  • Navigate to the logo file you have saved on your computer and click Open

 

To check that you have enabled logos to appear in documents follow the steps below:

  • Click Invoices tab
  • Double click an Invoice to open up a preview window of the invoice
  • Look at the Tool bar at the top of the preview and find the tick box that says logo
  • Ensure there is a tick in this box
  • You are also able to choose where on the document the logo appears on the right, left or as a header on the documents

 

Note: The logo file must be in JPG or JIF format or the logo will not appear. It is recommended you have a logo smaller than 100kb so that it does not affect the format of your documents
